Great place !

  Place is clean and comfortable..residential location ..will certainly come back again

  We chose this property because we thought the location takes it out of the hustle and bustle and presents an authentic local experience. I ticked all of those boxes.
... read more /> The property is a very easy walk from / to from the Momodani station and a slightly longer (but still easy) walk to / from the Tsuruhashi Station. Close Momodani if you are arriving with bags. There is a great variety of small food places around the Tsuruhashi Station which we did not get to explore fully.

The property is convenient and well presented. We had some slight excitement on initial arrival trying to access the keys in an old lock box - it really does pay to read the comprehensive and helpful guide that the owners provide.

We did think that provision of some better towels, some extra toilet paper, and some tea and coffee would have turned our assessment from ‘Good’ to ‘Great’.

We had one very minor issue relating to getting the hot water to work - that was dealt with via two emails and was really not an issue
